Solicitors/Conveyancing
When you buy or sell your home, you'll need a solicitor or conveyancer to deal with the legal aspects of your move for you. It's important that you make the right decision, so if you want us to, we're pleased to able to introduce an experienced property solicitor who'll work alongside us to make your move as smooth as possible. We can provide you with a detailed written quotation for this work and can liase with them on your behalf. We can even help you deal with the paperwork if you want us to!
Energy Performance Certificates
Current legislation states that you must have a current Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) when you put your property on the market. If you need an EPC, our own highly experienced Domestic Energy Assessor can help. He'll quickly complete the necessary inspection and provide the report and certificate for you. This is much easier than trying to organise one yourself and it invariably works out to be a little cheaper too!
